a full service Pipeline Inspection Company,
providing professional services in every aspect
of pipeline construction throughout the
continental United States and Alaska.
TIS, along with
its subsidiary, Operator Qualification &
Certification Center (OQCC), were
established to assist pipeline operators and
contractors with meeting industry requirements
and compliance to increasing regulatory
responsibilities.
Total
Inspection Services, LLC, established
in 2000 was built on a foundation constructed
from over 20 years of hands-on experience
obtained through all facets of pipeline
construction from design to commission. This
knowledge combined with understanding and
ability to interact with all levels within an
organization created out structure of joining
practical methods with technical knowledge while
adhering to all customer and industry standards
and specifications.

approach enables us to quickly establish
excellent rapport and working relationships with
all levels within our client’s organization.
This network of communication along with our
daily reporting process provides project
supervision the necessary information for
maintaining safety, integrity and budget
accountability.
TIS
believes inspection services should be held to a
higher standard and is devoted to developing one
of the finest inspection workforces serving the
pipeline industry. Knowledge and skills are
verified and documented by requiring our
inspectors to provide current certifications and
DOT-Operator Qualified through successful
completion of API/NCCER written assessments with
a passing score of 80% or higher.
